For some reason, Dynamic Glow doesn't work when I turn it on.
It may be because I have a poor set-up ( And I mean poor) I really need to upgrade.
448 RAM 2.2 GHz processor Geforce 4 MX with 64 MB of video memory 107GB harddrive
And that's most of what you would need to know. I have Direct X 9.0c and the latest drivers. I tried the console command to turn it on, that didn't work either. I have some models that look terrible without it.

If you got UU, you can turn it on in console by typing. !Openmenu, Then hit F, and use arrow keys to scroll through list.
